These products are for sale exclusively to patients of Southern Aesthetics Concierge Beauty. If you are not currently a patient, please call 615-767-2830 to schedule an appointment.
Our Subscription program was designed to prevent interruptions in your supply of your medical skin care in order to maximize your results per instructions from your skin care provider. If you select the Subscription purchase option, the following terms and conditions will apply to your purchase:
You authorize us to automatically place and ship future orders for your selected Subscription items according to the frequency shown during your initial purchase. Payment for each subsequent shipment will be automatically charged to the same credit card that you used for the initial purchase, unless you notify us otherwise. By proceeding with your Subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Southern Aesthetics Concierge Beauty will not obtain additional authorization from you for each future shipment. In addition, you do not hold Southern Aesthetics Concierge Beauty responsible for any overdraft charges or fees which you might incur during the ongoing Subscription program. If you choose to cancel an active Subscription order, you can do so from your Subscription cart, but you must do so 48 hours before the next shipment date indicated in your Subscription cart.
The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Southern Aesthetics Concierge Beauty. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of Southern Aesthetics Concierge Beauty.
Southern Aesthetics Concierge Beauty reserves the right to update or revise these Subscription Terms and Conditions at any time.
If you’re not completely satisfied with a product, simply start a return and send us your items within 30 days of your purchase date. We’re happy to discuss your concerns and recommend products that might be a better fit for you.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange:
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
- Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- A copy of your receipt from Southern Aesthetics must be included with the return.
Note: We are unable to offer exchanges or store credit for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients (e.g. retinol) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product page. If you’re having trouble deciding what products might work best for your skin, contact us for a recommendation. We’re happy to help!
We will ship your order to arrive within 5-8 business days from when you place it. In the event of an unexpected out of stock or other order interruption, you will be contacted by one of our staff. We ship USPS at a flat rate of $5.99.
